  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 3 oz roasted turkey
  • 2 tbsp whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 oz brie cheese
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 cup arugula

Instructions
 

  • Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown.
  • Arrange sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, brie, and arugula in separate bowls.
  • Spread mayonnaise on bread, then layer brie, turkey, cranberry sauce, and arugula. Top with second slice of bread.
  • Place sandwich in a skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side until cheese melts and bread is crisp.
  • Let sandwich rest for one minute, then slice and serve.
