Instructions
Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown.
Arrange sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, brie, and arugula in separate bowls.
Spread mayonnaise on bread, then layer brie, turkey, cranberry sauce, and arugula. Top with second slice of bread.
Place sandwich in a skillet over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side until cheese melts and bread is crisp.
Let sandwich rest for one minute, then slice and serve.
