Ingredients
  

Salad Base

  • 2 pieces English cucumbers sliced thin
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp chili flakes or gochugaru adjust heat to taste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash the cucumbers and slice them into thin rounds.
  • Place the sliced cucumbers in a large bowl.
  • Mince the garlic and combine it in a small bowl with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Mix well.
  • Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently until evenly coated.
  • Let the salad marinate for 10 minutes before garnishing with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Notes

This salad is perfect as a light snack or side dish. Feel free to adjust the spice level to your taste.
