Instructions
Wash the cucumbers and slice them into thin rounds.
Place the sliced cucumbers in a large bowl.
Mince the garlic and combine it in a small bowl with soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Mix well.
Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and toss gently until evenly coated.
Let the salad marinate for 10 minutes before garnishing with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
