Ingredients
  

Chicken Skewers

  • 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into 1.5-inch chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into 1.5-inch chunks and pat dry.
  • Mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Toss chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Thread marinated chicken onto metal skewers.
  • Cook skewers on grill, in oven at 425°F, or in air fryer at 400°F until golden and cooked through (10-12 minutes).
