Chicken Skewers
- 1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into 1.5-inch chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Cut chicken into 1.5-inch chunks and pat dry.
Mix olive oil, melted butter, garlic, Parmesan, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Toss chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Thread marinated chicken onto metal skewers.
Cook skewers on grill, in oven at 425°F, or in air fryer at 400°F until golden and cooked through (10-12 minutes).
