French onion soup
1 cup
beef broth

egg noodles

sour cream

shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese

salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried thyme
Instructions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown the ground beef until fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Add the French onion soup and beef broth to the skillet. Stir to combine and let the mixture simmer for a few minutes to deepen the flavor.
Cook the egg noodles in a separate pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Combine the cooked noodles with the beef and soup mixture in the skillet. Stir gently so that the noodles absorb the flavors.
Remove the skillet from heat and stir in the sour cream and shredded cheese until the sauce is creamy and well blended. Adjust seasoning if needed.
