Ingredients

Wrap Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb ground beef 80/20 for best flavor
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.25 cup diced onions
  • 4 slices pickle slices
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 flour tortillas 10-inch size

Special Sauce

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp pickle relish
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • 0.125 tsp paprika optional

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and crumbled. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of garlic powder. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to create the special sauce. Stir well until smooth.
  • Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean plate. Spread a layer of shredded lettuce, add diced onions, pickle slices, shredded cheddar cheese, and a generous portion of the cooked ground beef. Drizzle the special sauce evenly over the fillings.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap. Optionally, toast the wrap in the skillet until the tortilla is lightly browned and crispy.
