Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing or lining with parchment paper.
In a bowl, whisk together 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt.
In a separate bowl, beat 3/4 cup granulated sugar with 1/2 cup melted butter. Then add 2 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/2 cup milk (or buttermilk).
Slowly combine the dry and wet ingredients until just mixed; do not overmix.
Gently fold 1 cup blueberries, tossed in 1 tbsp flour, into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55 to 65 minutes. Allow the bread to cool before slicing.
