Instructions
Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into a pie dish to form the crust.
Whisk the instant chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until smooth and thickened. Let it set for a few minutes.
Beat the cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Fold in half of the Cool Whip to create a light texture.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust, then layer the chocolate pudding on top. Finish with the remaining Cool Whip.
Refrigerate the assembled pie for at least 4 hours to set the layers.
Before serving, garnish with extra crushed Oreo cookies and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
