Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 24 cookies Oreo Cookies crushed into fine crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted

Filling

  • 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping

  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip or whipped topping
  • extra crushed Oreo cookies for topping
  • chocolate sauce optional drizzle

Instructions
 

  • Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into a pie dish to form the crust.
  • Whisk the instant chocolate pudding mix with cold milk until smooth and thickened. Let it set for a few minutes.
  • Beat the cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until creamy. Fold in half of the Cool Whip to create a light texture.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust, then layer the chocolate pudding on top. Finish with the remaining Cool Whip.
  • Refrigerate the assembled pie for at least 4 hours to set the layers.
  • Before serving, garnish with extra crushed Oreo cookies and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
