  • 500 g red potatoes washed and cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for coating the potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (rosemary, parsley, chives) chopped, optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the red potatoes under cold water and pat dry. Cut them into uniform 1-inch chunks.
  • Place the potato chunks in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss well to coat evenly.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Transfer the seasoned potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 18 to 22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until they are golden brown and crispy.
