Ingredients
  

Ice Cream Base

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream chilled
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk sweetened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 drops blue gel food coloring or adjust for desired color

Cookie Mix-Ins

  • 10 pieces Oreo cookies crushed
  • 10 pieces chocolate chip cookies crushed

Instructions
 

  • Whip the chilled heavy whipping cream in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form using a hand mixer.
  • Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and blue gel food coloring until the mixture is evenly combined.
  • Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and chocolate chip cookies until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a loaf pan, sprinkle extra cookie pieces on top, cover with plastic wrap, and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
  • Allow the ice cream to soften at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
